The Early Childhood Program serves children ages 3-5 years who demonstrate significant delays in one or more of the following areas: Motor development, Speech/Language Development, Cognitive Development and Social Emotional Development. The children receive their specialized supports and services in a classroom environment that is student centered and aligned with the Illinois State Early Learning Standards. Teacher uses scientifically based research tools and strategies to guide children’s development in literacy, math, science, social studies, the arts, and technology while supporting their social/emotional development.
